Therapeutic oils

How did I get to making therapeutic oils?

As I was navigating my perimenopause I was searching for things that suited my skin and were natural. I’d had trouble with my hands and pain in my joints which I’d put down to age related changes and the like. I studied aromatherapy a very long time ago and although I didn’t use it hugely win my practice I’ve always used oils at home. As I was studying functional medicine I was reminded of how potent and beneficial oils can be and in a burst of creativity I made my first bottles of joint oil. I have had some wonderful feedback about it.

‘Lucy - this works!’ ‘My friend loves your oil’ ‘Please can I have another bottle’

All the oils in the joint oil are known to have inflammation calming properties. I made the comforting body oil as a support for stress and chose oils specifically for their nervous system support. The carrier oils are particularly nourishing and moisturising - as I’ve gotten older I’ve wanted to use deeply nourishing and hydrating oils on my skin that are easily absorbed.
